Terraces, semi-detached homes and bungalows give more room to rethink the layout. We design and build whole-house renovations, additions and full rebuilds.
What we handle
- Whole-house layout redesign
- Additions and alterations (A&A)
- Rebuilds: a new home on your existing plot
- Structural changes, with the right endorsements
- Custom carpentry and finishes
- Project management from start to handover
Rebuilding a landed home
A rebuild means taking down the existing house and building a new one on the same plot. It is a bigger project than a renovation, so we plan it in stages: the brief and design first, then approvals, then the build.
Rebuilds need a qualified person, such as a registered architect, to submit plans for approval. We work alongside them from the first sketch, so the layout, the interior and the finishes are designed together and the home works the way you live.
Good to know
Larger works and rebuilds need approvals and professional endorsement, and a rebuild takes longer than a renovation. We flag these during design so nothing surprises you on site.
